Hello, we were there on July 9th, 2023 because the hotel complex and room cleaning were top. Now for the negative part: unfortunately there were no loungers available and we spent hours looking, so we also had arguments with Arab guests about it. Unfortunately nothing is done about it, it is said that towels will be collected after 1 hour of reservation. We also responded to the guest complaint, but unfortunately without success. That's why I wouldn't recommend it during the summer holidays as it is unfortunately overcrowded.

Nice hotel, but the buffet is quite limited and the same every day. The food itself wasn't that impressive, but it was a very nice hotel with a small shop that sells snacks and clothes. Unfortunately, this is far too expensive and the shopkeepers are only on their cell phones and have no interest in the customer. That's why all together only 3 stars

We were with family in mid-September, the child was bitten by bedbugs that we discovered in his mattress, we reported it immediately to the reception, where the gentlemen were not very surprised. They told us to go back to the room and said that room service would come to us soon, a man came with a bottle with disinfection written on it. He peed a few times and left. Being upset with the whole situation, we went back to the reception and demanded to change the room. We were informed that there were no rooms available and they were unable to help us. We were adamant, so after 2 hours they kindly found a free room for the 3 of us. After changing the room, it turned out that there were bugs again. The next morning we managed to catch the hotel manager, who didn't even want to approach us to explain it, when he finally approached us, we explained the whole situation, but he wasn't even moved by it, he just had us deep and distant... Olewajaco suggested that the only thing they could do was wash our clothes and that's it. We lost a total of 5 days out of 7 of our holiday due to a trip to the doctor who did not want to clearly confirm that it was a bite, the child's entire face, hands were bitten, and our legs were bitten. The friends who were with us were also bitten. When I met other people from the hotel, I explained our situation and it turned out that their mattress also had bedbugs. I'm outraged because it's supposed to be a five-star hotel, but it's never been anywhere near 5 stars...
